Mr. Gersten has a Masters in Law Degree (LL.M.) from the Top-Ranked Boston University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Gersten graduated in the Top 10% of his class. Mr. Gersten has two law degrees, as well as a degree in Political Science. While in law school, Mr. Gersten worked part-time as a law clerk to several judges.

In addition to stellar legal studies achievements, Mr. Gersten has experience working at large law firms, as well as working as General Counsel for several international trade companies.

Mr. Gersten has transacted several large scale national and international business agreements, in addition to helping individuals in smaller, yet nevertheless important, legal matters.

Mr. Gersten is fluent in several languages, and is committed to helping the community through several volunteer and pro-bono legal projects.
